These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Dragon Dash (the "Service") operated by HIX Dragon ("we", "us"). By signing in or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Dragon Dash is a private internal workspace for authorized HIX Dragon team members. It provides access to internal tools and approved third-party connections needed for day-to-day work. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You may use the Service only if your email is on the organization allowlist and you have valid credentials.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
- You must only connect third-party accounts and credentials that you are authorized to use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access the Service without authorization or share access broadly
- Attempt to probe, scan, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or related infrastructure
- Use connected third-party APIs beyond the permissions you are entitled to, or in violation of those providers' terms
- Upload unlawful content or credentials you are not allowed to use
- Resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute Service data except as allowed by your organization
4. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties (including Google when you choose to connect) and our hosting providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, or data they provide.
5. Google connection
If you connect a Google account, you authorize us to access data with the limited scope described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access in your Google Account settings. Disconnecting may disable related features in the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by HIX Dragon or its licensors. You retain rights to credentials and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.
7. Confidentiality
Information shown in the Service may be confidential to your organization. You agree to handle it accordingly and only share within authorized personnel.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that information in the Service is complete, current, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIX Dragon AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $0 IF THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE).
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if your email is removed from the allowlist, or if needed to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
